Summary: Following the escalation of violence in Syria, thousands of people fled their homes seeking refugee in Lebanon. WV started responding to the needs of approximately 8400 refugees who received on a monthly basis hygiene kits and food vouchers to help them survive. In addition WV had established four Child Friendly Spaces equipped with games and toys and learning materials to give the children a sense of normalcy and routine they now lack being away from their homes.
